I think spring break did come to early because all my friends are now on spring break and im in school. I think it should be a little bit later, so that i could chill with my friends and family all at once. It is kind of a drag because it went by way to fast and i think would shoould at leats have a week and a half off,but thats just my opinin. (lol). Also, i think that all most colleges should have the same week off. Again that just my opinion. I didnt like the fact that it came early, i rather have it a latter in the semester.
i thought the vist was funny and educating., I learned things that i did know, but now have a more better undertsanding. Library had many resources that i will need for many of my classes. Now i know how to check if a website is reliable or not.Which is imporstant because there will be times when i may need to use a ceratin web page for one of my paperes. Overall, the visit was fun.
I grew up with computers and cell phones. I spend a lot of time on both them, as well as listening to my ipod. I think that if i didn't have these things i would be more focused on whats really important. I would probably read a lot more and spend my more time on homework. Technology of today is used mostly for entertainment and sometimes used for school work. I probably would have been a little better off without theses things because i wouldn't be as distracted.
I think that social networking is both good bad. Its good because your able to keep in touch with friends and even family member's can also meet people that have similar interest as you. But it is also a bad thing because some people miss use it. For example, spending hours on myspace and facebook rather then doing homework. Others may harass others just for their own amusement. So being very cautions is important because if y our not then bad things could happen. Overall, as long as the person is careful and doesn't miss use it, i think its ok to have a myspace or facebook.
IN MY ENGLISH CLASS(098) WE ARE READING THIS BOOK CALLED "JULIE & Julia". mY FIRST IMPRESSION OF THIS BOOK WAS NOTHING. i JUST THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A LITTLE BORING. ONCE I STARTED TO READ IT, IT BEGAN TO GET A LITTLE ENTRUSTING, ENOUGH TO KEEP ME AWAKE. THE WRITER IS REALLY DETAILED AND DESCRIBES HER SETTINGS Well EXAMPLE,WHEN SHE IS IN THE CROWD OF PEOPLE, sHE DESCRIBES HER FEELINGS, THOUGHTS, AND PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. I GOT A SENSE OF WHAT SHE WENT THROUGH AT THAT TIME. OVERALL, THE BOOK IS OK, ITS NOT A COMPLETE BORE BUT IT DOES HAVE ITS ENTRUSTING MOMENTS.
